Recipe Ingredients for stir fry

318 g Japanese Style Pan Fry Noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups chopped cauliflower
6 oz Chicken Breast Tenderloins

Recipe Directions for stir fry

stir fry ingredients in oils, add noodles with 1/2 c water and cover. steam until noodles are done
