Recipe Ingredients for stir fry

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
220 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Parsley
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup Peas, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
1.5 cup White Basmati Rice

Recipe Directions for stir fry

  1. cut the chicken breast into bite size portions and fry for about 2 to 3 minuits.tha remove.

  2. put the onion and garlic to fry for half a minuite and add all the other veg.

  3. keep stirring for about five minuites. if dry add a little water.

  4. boil rice. following directions.
