Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

2 1tsp Oil, Sesame
19 oz Chicken
100 grams Snow Peas
100 grams Onions
1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Warm the oil with 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cook the chicken for 2-3 min in the hot oil, stirring frequently

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 2-3 min, stirring often

  4. serve with rice or quinoa
