Vegetable stir fry. Protein not included in recipe but you can add chicken, prawns, or beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cup brocolli
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup sweet onion
1/2 cup snow peas
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup red pepper
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

Heat oil in wok. Add onions first, then mushrooms. Stir for a couple of minutes. Add rest and cook until tender. Added meat not included in recipe.
