2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli
1 serving Mung Bean Sprouts
1 cup Bok Choy
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
2 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for The Stir Fry

mix the broccoli, sprouts, cabbage and garlic in a large bowl. Mix the lemon, sea water, and spices together. pour the sauce over beggies. let marinate for a couple of hours. drain liquid and serve.
