1 chicken breast
2 tsp olive oil
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
2 cup summer squash, sliced
1 cup snow peas

  1. grill chicken breast on George Foreman grill, then chop into peices

  2. heat up olive oil and soy sauce

  3. add all ingredients into the pan and cook until tender
