Baby carrots, Onions, Bell Peppers Saute'd up with teriyaki sauce, for a healthy dinner. Goes well with some steamed rice

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 Carrots, baby
1 large red bell pepper
1 cup frozen broccoli
2 chicken breasts, cubed

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Cut the chicken breasts up into small pieces and marinate overnight with the teriyaki sauce.

  2. Chop the onion up; set aside. Slice the baby carrots up until you get 1/2 cup; set aside. Slice the red bell pepper; set aside.

  3. Heat up wak over med heat for about 5 minutes. Place the marinated chicken into the heated wak; discard remaining marinade. Cook chicken until mostly done, about 7 minutes.

  4. Add the peppers, onions, and carrots and stir in. When onions seem tender, about 4 minutes, add the broccoli and cover for 3 more minutes. Then serve along with some steamed rice. Rice is not analyzed in this recipe.
