Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

2 chicken breast
1 cup carrots
2 cup bok choy
1 cup brocolli
1 small onion
1 red pepper
1 cup mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
3 clove garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp chicken boullion
1 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. chop all veggies

  2. chop chicken, sautee till cooked in olive oil,

  3. add garlic, ginger, white pepper.

  4. toss in all veggies, cover and steam for 2 min

  5. add hot sauce and soy sauce, toss and serve on rice.
