Stir fry for rice. I can't seem to get the Mrs. dash marinade in the database to work in the calculations. So there are about 10 more calories than reported.

Recipe Ingredients for stir Fry

24 oz stir fry vegetables
8 oz frozen broccoli
3 oz garlic ginger stir fry sauce
3 servings 10 Minute Marinade
10 oz diced chicken

Recipe Directions for stir Fry

  1. Fry chicken with some sauce until no longer frozen.

  2. Add in vegetables and rest of sauce.

  3. Cook until everything is hot.

  4. Serve over rice or on wraps or by itself (calculate seperately).
