Stir fry with low sodium and fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

2 pounds chicken breast
3 cups broccoli
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup onions
2 cups celery
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 egg white
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieced. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of ginger, pepper & garlic powder and toss in a bowl with egg white. Set aside.

  2. Prepare sauce: Mix remaining ginger, pepper & garlic powder into soy sauce and sesame oil and add additional half cup of water. Set aside.

  3. Cut all vegetables into small pieces.

  4. Spray Pam into wok or frying pan. Add chicken and brown.

  5. Add onions, celery & mushrooms. Saute the mixture until celery begins to soften.

  6. Add sauce and broccoli and steam (covered) until broccoli is cooked.

  7. Remove lid and cook-off the liquid.

  8. Serve.
