Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups carrots
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

Dice and brown chicken in olive oil. Add carrots and cook till slightly softened. Add broccoli, cook till slightly softened. Add mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms darken. Add water if necessary to prevent burning.
