You can substitute just about anything in this recipe. This one just turned out extremely awesome.. the sauces compliment eachother nicely.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fry

1 small cooking onion
8 baby carrots
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 small zucchini
1/2 cup broccoli
0.33 kg beef tenderloin
1/4 cup memories of shanghai honey hoisin sauce
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili thai sauce
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups rice noodles
1/2 cup spring onion

Recipe Directions for Stir-fry

  1. Put olive oil in wok and heat until simmering.

  2. Cook beef until medium-rare.

  3. Remove beef, and add all vegetables except garlic and spring onions.

  4. Cook rice noodles in a seperate pot.

  5. Add sauces and sesame oil to vegetables. Add beef, spring onions and garlic.

  6. Serve the mixture over rice noodles.
