Just add noodles and favorite stir fry sauce!

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 breast chicken, chopped to 1.5" pieces
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
7 Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup bok choy, chopped

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Chop all vegetables and chicken

  2. Brown chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil in large skillet

  3. Meanwhile, boil 4 oz (two servings) Ronzoni Whole Wheat Spaghetti (item # 59832312) in another pan

  4. When chicken in finished, add all chopped vegetables

  5. When veggies are about 2/3 finished cooking, add sesame seeds and sauce (I used Simply Enjoy Garlic Peanut Grille Sauce, item # 59831268, 3 tbsp)

  6. Drain pasta, and add to stir fry

  7. When finished, can sprinkle with a little more sesame seeds
