Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry

1 cup Spinach, chopped
2 cups Cabbage, sliced
1 cup chard, chopped
1/4 White Onion, sliced
1 cup sliced Celery
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black bean sauce
2 oz water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry

  1. Chop the garlic, Slice everything else

  2. Spray the pan & fry the tofu (not included) until browned, remove.

  3. Fry the onions in the oil until translucent, add the garlic

  4. Add all the other vegetables and stir fry until slightly tender.

  5. Add the sauces and a tbsp of water and put a lid on it for a minute or two.

  6. Remove the lid, add the tofu and 1/2 cup cooked brown rice (not included) and stir fry until well mixed and right level of moisture for your taste.

  7. Enjoy with chop sticks of course!
