Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry with Pork

8 oz lean pork
6 oz broccoli
3 oz snow peas
2 oz carrots
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry with Pork

  1. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and shake in cornstarch. Cut veggies into bite size pieces and put in covered bowl in microwave - cook about 2 minutes or a little more.

  2. Heat wok, add olive oil and pork. Cook until pork is browned, remove from wok. Add veggies to wok and stir fry to desired doneness, add pork back. Add soy sauce and toss. Serve with rice.
