Stir fry pork - recipe does not include a stir fry sauce as they are all different but it would work with sweet and sour, lemon or oyster sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Pork

322 g pork, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot, sliced
1 pepper, sliced
1 leek, sliced
1 onion, sliced
60 g cauliflower, cubed
8 mushrooms, sliced
50 g snow peas
50 g baby corn
60 g cabbage

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Pork

  1. Heat wok with a little olive oil

  2. Fry onion for 3 mins, add pork and fry for 5 mins

  3. Add all other vegetables and cover for 10 mins.

  4. Add a stir fry sauce of your choice and simmer for 3 mins.

  5. Serve with rice
