4 tbs vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Recipe Directions for Stir-fry peppers

  1. Chop almonds into medium-size chunks

  2. Heat up small pan

  3. Brown almonds

  4. Slice peppers

  5. Heat oil on medium high in a medium size pan

  6. Add peppers when oil is hot

  7. Cook until peppers get good, dark color

  8. Add almonds
