Lean beef bites stir-fried in lemon and wine

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fry Lemon Beef with Shallots

313 g lean beef
50 g shallots
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry Lemon Beef with Shallots

  1. Heat olive oil in wok.

  2. Cut Beef into bite-sized pieces, add salt and paprika.

  3. Slice shallots and add to wok. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add beef to wok and cook in high heat for 10 mins, stirring frequently.

  5. When all juices have evaporated, add lemon juice to wok and cook some more.

  6. Finally, add wine to wok and stir fry meat for another 2 mins.

  7. Remove from heat. Serve hot with rice!
