Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Greens

3 cups chopped kale
1 head red cabbage
6 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs ginger
3 tbs soy sauce
3 ozs tahini

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Greens

  1. Chop garlic and sauté in olive/sesame oil for 30 seconds

  2. Add chopped collards & cabbage and stir fry until brightly colored

  3. Add tahini, soy sauce & ginger - mix and cook for another minute
