400 g flank steak
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp oil
2 tsp wine
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oyster sauce
4 clove garlic
2 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Stir fry flank steak

  1. marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil and brown garlic

  3. Stir fry beef until done.

  4. Mix cornstarch and oyster source in water and cook till thickens.
