2 tablespoons ginger
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
9 oz Chicken Tenderloin
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup sliced fresh cilantro leaves
4 zucchini
2 carrots
3 oz mung beans
1 bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry Chicken with Vietnamese Flavors by x17star17x

  1. 1. In a small bowl mix finely chopped ginger, garlic, fish sauce, orange juice, corn starch, ground pepper, and sugar.

  2. 2. In a small pan cook 4 chicken tenderloins. This recipe was analyzed with Tyson Chicken Tenderloins.

  3. 3. In a pot add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, cook sliced carrots and sliced bell pepper until carrots are tender.

  4. 4. Add bean sprouts and diced zucchini until tender.

  5. 5. Chop chicken into small pieces and add to vegetable mixture.

  6. 6. Turn to low heat and add sauce and stir until thickened. Enjoy!
