Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Chicken & Broccoli

24 oz Chicken
2.6 oz Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
6 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.166 oz Cornstarch
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 large Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Chicken & Broccoli

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and 1/4 cup water

  2. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes or longer

  3. Heat chicken in skillet. Add chicken in small counts to prevent crowding

  4. Stir-fry until brown

  5. Remove from skillet and set aside

  6. Add broccoli & onion

  7. Stir fry 1 minute

  8. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and steam for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp

  9. Return chicken to skillet, adding marinade

  10. Heat through, stirring constantly

  11. Serve over rice

  12. Makes 4 servings
