Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Cabbage

14 oz tofu, cubed
5 cups cabbage, shredded (1 small head)
2 tbs garlic, minced
1/2 cup onions, minced
2 tbs peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs ginger
2 tbs soy sauce
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Cabbage

  1. marinate tofu in soy sauce and ginger.

  2. saute tofu in sesame oil until slightly brown. set aside.

  3. saute onions and garlic in peanut oil until slightly brown.

  4. add cabbage, saute 3 min.

  5. add liquid, cook down.

  6. add tofu.
