Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Cabbage

908 g cabbage
2 carrots, julianned
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Cabbage

Core cabbage and thinly slice. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and hot sauce. Heat oil on med-high. Add carrots, onion and pepper, sautee for 2 min. Add cabbage, sautee until tender-crip. Add sauce, stir well, heat through, about 2 min.
