Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fry Brussels

550 grams Brussels Sprouts
1 medium raw Leeks
175 grams Chestnuts
225 grams Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Stir Fry Brussels

  1. Boil frozen chestnuts for 4 mins until soft.

  2. Fry finely chopped leeks for 30 seconds, then add brussel sprouts and stir fry for a further 2 mins.

  3. Add stock, cover and simmer for 4 mins.

  4. Crumble chestnuts over vegetables and stir through until warm. Serve immediately.
