Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fry Beef

2 tsp olive oil
1/2 pound ribeye sliced
1 clove garlic
12 oz broccoli
4 oz sugar snap peas
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cups minute rice

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry Beef

  1. Slice leftover steak, or slice uncooked steak and saute with oil in pan. Add garlic. Add vegetables, water, soy sauce, and sugar and bring to a boil. Add minute rice. Take off heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

  2. If you are Gluten-Free be sure to use Tamari soy sauce so it is wheat free.
