Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fry Beef

11.84 oz Tender Beef Beef
129 grams Carrots
129 grams Broccoli
1 serving raw Snow Peas
100 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
130 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
102 grams Asparagus
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Rice Vinegar
3.7 serving Soy Sauce
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Water
2 oz Wine
1 tbsp Corn Starch
0.25 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fry Beef

  1. Combine wine, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes and water in a small bowl.

  2. In a large wok or very large saute pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until just browned. Transfer the beef to a plate. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil over medium heat and cook minced garlic until fragrant. Add snow peas, broccoli, asparagus, chopped red and green bell pepper, and carrots, raise heat to medium-high, and cook until vegetables are slightly softened. Add the mirin-soy mixture and cook, stirring, until asparagus is crisp-tender. Add the beef and dissolved cornstarch and stir to incorporate. Cook until mixture thickens slightly and beef is heated through.
