Stir-Fry Au Porc Recipe

Asian style stir-fry. Replace the vegetables with a bag of frozen asian-style vegetables!

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fry au porc

750 g green beans
100 g broccoli
400 g pork
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup water
1 tsp curry powder
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Stir-fry au porc

  1. Cook the pork in half the oil, set aside

  2. Cook the garlic and vegetables in the rest of the oil, adding the curry powder.

  3. Mix together the water, soy sauce and corn starch and add to the vegetables.

  4. Add back the pork and let cook until the sauce thickens a little.

  5. Serve with rice or asian noodles.
