Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fried White Rice

5 cups cooked white rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 medium onion, diced
1 (100g) baby carrots
1 tsp kosher salt, ground
1/4 tsp white pepper powder

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried White Rice

  1. heat pan and oil

  2. cook onion until clear

  3. add carrots and fry

  4. add cooked rice and stir fry

  5. make a large hole in the middle of rice

  6. pour scrambled eggs and cook on high heat

  7. when eggs are almost cooked, mix with surrounding rice.

  8. Serve
