great vegetarian stir fry. its easy to alter. for instance, I make mine spicy--all I need to do is add pepper while garlic and onion are cooking in oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir fried veggies

1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup lima beans
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup snow peas
1/3 cup oyster sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir fried veggies

prepare vegetables. Use fresh or frozen. Both do great. Heat oil, garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes if desired. After sufficiently heated, throw in everything else. If frozen, allow vegetables to thaw completely before adding oyster sauce. Then cook to desired tenderness. It is ready to be served over rice immediately.
