1 cup serving. Original recipe calls for plain yogurt, but I think cottage cheese works as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried Veggies in Curry Sauce

4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups green peppers
2 cups corn
2 cups chopped zucchini
2 cups broccoli
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 serving Shan-Spice Mix for Chicken Curry 2 tbps

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried Veggies in Curry Sauce

  1. Mix cottage cheese, spice mix, and ginger in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. Stir-fry vegetables in hot canola oil till about tender.

  3. Add cottage cheese mix and reduce heat.

  4. Continue to stir until well coated.
