1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
4 oz shitake mushrooms, sliced
18 oz bok choy, cut
12 oz broccoli, floretts
6 oz spinach
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
