Great way to use up squash! Just dice and cook into any meat really. Serve over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried squash

1/2 acorn squash
4 oz. round steak
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. fish sauce
1/8 cup oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup water, if needed

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried squash

Heat oil in wok with garlic. Add thinly sliced round steak. Cook until well done. Add diced squash and all ingredients except for water, which is added as needed. Serve over rice and enjoy!
