Stir-fried Shrimps and Broccoli (serves 2)

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried Shrimps and Broccoli

191 grams Shrimp
2 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 serving Green Onion
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 serving Cooking Wine
0.05 cup Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried Shrimps and Broccoli

  1. Peel shrimp and slice backs. Mix ginger, green onion, cooking wine and cornstarch together with the shelled shrimp.

  2. Heat 1/2 oil. Stir-fry shrimps over high heat until almost cooked through. Remove.

  3. Add rest of oil and stir-fry broccoli over high heat for a minute. Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water, allow to simmer briefly. Add shrimp and season with salt.
