Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried Shrimp w/Spicy Orange Sauce

2 lbs shrimp
1 1/3 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 c orange juice
2 2/3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 2/3 tbsp honey
1 1/3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 1/3 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/3 c green onions, chopped

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried Shrimp w/Spicy Orange Sauce

  1. coat shrimp w/cornstarch.

  2. combine juice, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and chili paste.

  3. saute garlic & ginger, then add shrimp and cook halfway, then add sauce and cook the rest of the way.
