Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fried Sausage and Veggies

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup red bell pepper, strips
1 cup sliced carrot
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb cooked turkey sausage, diced
8 ounce sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Sausage and Veggies

  1. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high heat

  2. Add broccoli, pepper, and carrots; stir-fry 2-3 minutes

  3. Add garlic, stir-fry 1-2 minutes

  4. Add sausage, water chestnuts, and teriyaki sauce.

  5. Increase heat to high, cook until sausage is heated through, serve over rice
