20 oz Pork Tenderloin Teriyaki Flavored
0.25 cup Orange Juice
1.5 oz Sugars, Granulated
1 oz Cornstarch
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
16 oz Sugar Snap Peas
4 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Pork with Sugar Snap Peas and Scallions

  1. Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cup orange juice

  3. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  5. 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

  6. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  9. 3 cloves garlic, pressed through a garlic press

  10. 2 teaspoons minced ginger

  11. 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and strings removed

  12. 4 scallions, including green tops, cut into one-inch pieces

  13. Directions

  14. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sugar and set aside.

  15. Toss the pork with the cornstarch and salt.

  16. In a wok or large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil until hot but not

  17. smoking. Add the pork and cook, undisturbed, for about 2 minutes.

  18. Stir and continue cooking until the meat is almost cooked through, about one minute longer.

  19. Remove.

  20. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan.

  21. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30

  22. seconds.

  23. Add the snap peas and scallions and cook, stirring, until the snap peas are just cooked, about 3 minutes.

  24. Stir in the pork with any juices that may have accumulated. Add the orange juice mixture and continue cooking just until the pork is done and the sauce has thickened slightly, 1-2 minutes longer.
