Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fried Pork with Cashews

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 serving Mirin
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Ginger Juice
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 oz Halves and Pieces Lightly Salted Cashews
2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup chopped raw Napa Cabbage
1 1/2 cups raw Petite Baby Bok Choy
0.25 serving Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Cooking Stock
1.33 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Pork with Cashews

  1. In a medium bowl combine the pork, mirin, 1 tsp oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger juice, and sugar.

  2. Heat a 14-inch flat bottomed wok over high heat until a bead of water vaporizes within 1 to 2 seconds of contact. Swirl the remaining 1 tbsp oil into the wok. Carefully add the pork mixture, spreading it evenly in the wok. Cook undisturbed 1 minute, letting the pork begin to brown.Then, using a metal spatula, stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until the pork is lightly browned.

  3. Add the celery and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and bok choy, stir-fry 1 minute more. Swirl in the broth and cook until sauce has thickened slightly. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with the cashews. Serves 4 as part of a multicourse meal.
