1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved crosswise
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Green Beens

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and cook, covered, tossing occasionally, for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the garlic, ginger, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and cook, tossing often, until the green beans are just tender, 1 to 2 minutes more
