1/2 lb Japanese eggplant
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs vegetable oil

  1. chop up eggplant and garlic

  2. heat oil

  3. at eggplant, close lid, cook for few minutes

  4. at soy sauce with some water and corn starch

  5. add garlic

  6. add sugar
