Recipe Ingredients for stir fried collard greens

2 tsp olive oil
4 cups collard greens
1/4 tsp seasoning Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 onion
1 yellow pepper
1 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp reduced sodium Soy sauce

Recipe Directions for stir fried collard greens

  1. 1. Wash the collard green leaves.

  2. 2. Take leaves off of the stalk.

  3. 3. Roll the leaves and then slice through them.

  4. 4. Once the greens are cleaned and ripped from the stalk, add them to a pan already heated with peppers, olive oil, and onions.

  5. 5. Once they are steeamed down add rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, black pepper, and sugar.

  6. 6. The greens will be done once they are tender, if you want them to be more tender cook for about 3-5 more minutes.
