Recipe Ingredients for Stir fried chickpeas (guggillu)

1 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
150 grams Fresh Chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Stir fried chickpeas (guggillu)

  1. Boil chickpeas until they are cooked but they still retain their shape

  2. Fry oil in a wok and throw in south indian seasonings ( 1/2 tsp black mustard(avalu), a pinch asofetida, 1 tsp chopped green chili)

  3. Add chopped onions and fry till cooked

  4. Add boiled chickpeas and toss. Add salt to taste
