Chicken cooked with mushrooms, broccoli and chopped onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fried Chicken and Veggies

1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 chicken breast, fried
3 oz mushrooms
1/2 small onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Stir Fried Chicken and Veggies

  1. Dice 1/2 the chicken breast into bite size pieces

  2. Take half a small onion and dice into small pieces

  3. Cook the broccoli by boiling with salt until tender, drain, then set aside

  4. In a non-stick skillet turn heat on to medium and add onions, mushrooms, and chicken breast.

  5. Use a lid to cover it while it cooks for 3~5 minutes

  6. Open the lid and add broccoli's with the chili powder and cinnamon and a dash of peper.

  7. For more taste add a 3/4 of a tablespoon of soy sauce.

  8. Cover with lid and let it cook for a few minutes, and stir periodically.

  9. When the soy sauce is almost gone turn off and serve.
