You can use any 16 ounce bag of frozen vegetables. The sauce is perfect!

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fried Chicken and Vegetables

1/16 cup Cornstarch
3 tsp brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
5 cups Asparagus Stir-Fry Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Chicken and Vegetables

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first eight ingredients until smooth; set aside.

  2. In a skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 3-5 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and soy sauce mixture; cover and cook for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, if desired.
