Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried chicken and sugar snap peas

1/2 cup oyster sauce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 carrots
8 ounces sugar snap peas
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh ginger

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried chicken and sugar snap peas

  1. Whisk oyster sauce, vinegar, and pepper flakes. Heat oil (medium high) and cook chicken until (about 3 minutes). Remove from pan.

  2. Add broth and carrots to pan. Cook carrots covered until tender, about 3 minutes. Remove lid, add snap peas, cook until bright green and liquid gone, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add chicken and oyster sauce mixture. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
