30 grams Soy Sauce
2 serving Chili Garlic Sauce
4 3/5 grams Toasted Sesame Oil
2 3/10 grams Cornstarch
2 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Chicken with Broccoli and Chili Garlic Sauce

  1. Whisk broth,, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chili-garlic sauce together in small bowl. Combine garlic, pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in second small bowl.

  2. Slice Chicken into small pieces, you be the judge.

  3. Heat remaining tablespoon vegetable oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just beginning to smoke. Add Chicken and cook till no longer pink and cooked through. Remove from pan.

  4. Add broccoli (and a bit more oil if necessary) and sprinkle with sugar; cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli is well-browned, 8 to 10 minutes.

  5. Push broccoli to sides of skillet to clear center; add oil-garlic mixture and cook, mashing with rubber spatula, until fragrant, 15 to 20 seconds. Add chicken back into pan. Stir to combine garlic mixture with broccoli and chicken.. Add chicken broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until florets are cooked through, stalks are tender-crisp, and sauce is thickened, 30 to 45 seconds. Serve.
