Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fried Chicken Breast

400 grams chicken breast
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp chili paste
40 grams onion
180 grams bell pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Stir Fried Chicken Breast

  1. Cut chicken breast in 1" strips

  2. Trim fat

  3. Marinate in all ingredients except bell pepper and oil for 1/2 hour in covered bowl in refrigerator

  4. Warm oil in frying pan on high heat

  5. Meanwhile, cut bell pepper in strips

  6. Stir fry chicken and bell pepper on high to medium heat for 4 minutes
