Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fried Chicken Breast

560 grams chicken breast, meat only
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stir Fried Chicken Breast

  1. Cut chicken and bell peppers into strips

  2. Mix in a ball with salt and pepper and 1/2 tbsp of oil

  3. Add chicken seasoning to taste

  4. Marinate for 1/2 hour to 24 hours. The more time the chicken is spends in marinade, the more tender it will be

  5. Warm the deep frying pan to very hot after pouring the rest of the oil into the pan.

  6. Stir fry on high heat for 4 minutes
