Recipe Ingredients for stir fried chicken and bok choy

20 oz raw Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
3 cups raw Bok Choy
10 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce/Marinade
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for stir fried chicken and bok choy

Cut up the veges into small stripsand set aside. Cut chicken into small strips. Put oil in wok and heat up. Add chicken and stir fry till mostly done. Put in a desired amount of ground ginger. Add veges and continue stir frying until veges reach desired doneness. Add sauce and heat through while stirring.
