quick stir fry side dish with mild cabbage and sharper bok choy

Recipe Ingredients for stir fried cabbage, bok choy and chilies

1 clove Garlic
2 of a head Bok Choy
2 oz Canola Oil
3 cup chopped raw Napa Cabbage
1 tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for stir fried cabbage, bok choy and chilies

  1. Heat oil in wok over hight heat.

  2. Add 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes stir about 30 seconds

  3. Add the obk choy and saute until the pieces of stalk are soft and tender - about 4 minutes

  4. Add the cabbage and stir until it is limp 3-4 minutes.

  5. Stir in the black bean sauce and soy sauce and cook for1 minute
